The cost of Studying in Singapore depends on the Type and Level of Program of Study and
Type of Institute you are selecting to study. The education in Singapore is not so cheap and
not so expensive.
The English language requirement is different at all institutions in Singapore. All Public
Universities and few International Universities in Singapore require to have IELTS, PTE or
TOEFL to meet their English requirement. Most of the Private Institutions are happy to
accept Indian students without any English language tests.

The Ministry of Manpower, Singapore states that foreign students traveling to Singapore on
a Student Pass are permitted to work up to 16 hours per week during the academic year and
as many hours as they like during the summer, as long as they are enrolled full-time study
program at one of the approved institutions. Private Institutions do not allow international
students enrolling with them to work part time while they stay in Singapore on Student Pass,
however they offer some programs which will have paid or unpaid internship as pert of the
curriculum.
